At Fleshjack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
